I do think some of the pieces are really pretty, but a lot of it feels a little too busy for my taste. After a while the designs start to blend together too, like it’s all kind of the same vibe. I guess I was hoping for stuff that felt a bit more toned down and easier to wear day to day... just not totally my style lately

I was a little worried when I noticed an issue with my order, so I really appreciated how quickly customer service stepped in. They reassured me that it would be taken care of and fixed everything without making it a hassle. Definitely made me feel better about ordering again.

I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t really trust size charts anymore because they’re so hit or miss. But this one actually fit me perfectly and was true to size for once, which was a nice surprise.

I had to send back a killstar dress because I ordered the wrong size, which was on me. From what I remember, the return process wasn’t confusing or anything, just a few steps on their return page.
After I posted it back, I got updates along the way, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. It took a few days, but looking back, it felt normal and not like some long drawn-out thing.

The refund ended up back in my account without me needing to chase anyone, which I really appreciated. I’d order from them again, I’d just actually pay more attention to the size chart next time lol.

I really like Killstar’s style and some of their pieces look amazing, but once I paid, I started feeling a bit uneasy about whether it was going to be worth it. For the price, I expected the quality to feel better. The top I got was thinner than I thought it would be, and the sizing wasn’t quite right either. Shipping also added a lot, which made the whole order feel even more expensive. I’d maybe try them again during a big sale, but I don’t think I’d pay full price.

I really like the stuff on Killstar and the clothes I got are nice, but the ordering process was kind of a headache. The website was slow for me and checkout kept glitching, so I wasn’t even sure if my order actually went through. The site would say one thing, then my confirmation or shipping info seemed to say something else, which made it more confusing. I ended up emailing just to make sure everything was okay. Happy with the items, but the whole experience was way more stressful than it needed to be

I ordered a hoodie and was impressed when it showed up. The fabric feels good, and the print looks clean and sharp. I did notice one seam had a loose thread, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, I’m really happy with it and kind of excited to wear it more

I ordered from Killstar expecting it to take a while, but it actually got here fast. I got the tracking info right away, and it kept updating too, which was a nice surprise. Everything showed up in good shape, no weird issues with the package or anything. Happy with how smooth it all was... definitely no complaints from me.
