Great quality clothes, shoes and accessories. Have purchased many times and if I had more money I would buy even more!

The only con is that they don’t have free returns so you are less inclined to buy a few sizes to see what fits best or get several items for one event to see what looks best

Despite that I highly recommend them!

Tracking my parcel is very complicated and I don't understand how to do it, it should be more simple

My order was delivered quickly and packaged well so there was no damage to my item from the postal process. Would definitely reccomend.

Absolutely disgusting service. The jeans I ordered where too small so asked for the next size.. Sent them back the same day, that cost me £9.. Decided I'd just have a refund instead. I Sent an emal same day to confirm..Looked on their website next day and they had been reduced to half price. They have just sent me my original order back stating that they will not except them back because of the condition they're in?! They went back in the condition i received them in!! Definitely avoid this store.

Impressive display of garments, but when you read the small print, limited sizes available. I was lucky, I got what I wanted, but since, when I have looked none of the things I want are in stock.
If you are XS or 5XL you`ll be fine but "normal sizes".....good luck

Love this brand! All products I have bought have been amazing quality and shipping has always been on time and quick.

Really happy with this bag, was amazed with how big it was. It was a birthday gift for a friend and to say she was happy is an understatement. Didnt have to wait to long for delivery either. Winner alround.

The clothes are amazing! The shipping went smoothly despite my ordering during the Easter holidays.

It would be better if, as before, you wrote what sizes are on the model, weight and height, because it is very difficult to choose a size sometimes

Great quality items,vast choice of clothes and always delivered on time.

Too short a window to return items compared to most retailers, bought what I thought was a dress and only a skirt showed up, descriptions not clear enough. Purchased a top and far too short in the body for a Large.

Customer service was very poor and dismissive, rude and abrupt when asking for a refund instead of gift card. Don't buy from this retailer, just a bad experience overall, spend your money with someone who values their customers.
